Delivery of your order is estimated to take between 4 to 7 days on average. However, some of our products are made to order, in which case delivery estimates vary beyond this and can take up to 6 weeks or so. In such cases, lead time estimates are indicated on the relevant product pages.
Orders totaling over $200 qualify for free shipping in most cases, with some supplier exceptions applying. In such exception cases, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. The majority of our orders are shipped using one of our third-party freight carriers, typically employing an 18-wheeler truck. If your order includes items to be shipped via freight carrier, our team will reach out to you to arrange a convenient curbside delivery time. Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping Cost: If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will cover the shipping costs for return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Defective or Broken Products: Should you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please notify us within 30 days. We will facilitate the return process at no additional cost to you. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. However, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs.
