Shipping cost:
We charge a flat fee of $15 for all orders below $200. Free shipping to the USA for orders totaling over $200 (with some supplier exceptions applying e.g. SaunaLife, Taverns To Go). In such exception cases, this will be highlighted on the product pages and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For all orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

Order transit time:
Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days. Please note, for custom orders or made-to-order products, manufacturing lead times before transit vary and can take up to 6 weeks or so. Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.
