How long will it take for my order to ship? When can I expect to receive it?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. For custom or made-to-order products, the order can be cancelled before the manufacturing process has started. Please notify us immediately at support@gardensgenie.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@gardensgenie.com.
If you are unable to inspect the package at delivery but suspect damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
How do I place an order?

How do I know when my order will ship?

Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in Wyoming and only charge sales tax if the order is being shipped within Wyoming, potentially saving you significant costs compared to other vendors.

Orders can only be modified before shipping.
For custom-made or made-to-order products, orders can only be modified before the product has started manufacturing process.
