Shipping policy

Shipping cost:

Free shipping to the USA for orders totaling over $200 (with some supplier exceptions applying e.g. SaunaLife, Taverns To Go). In such exception cases, this will be highlighted on the product pages and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For all orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

6:00PM Monday - Friday (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Order Processing Time

      Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Order transit time:

      Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days. Please note, for custom orders or made-to-order products, manufacturing lead times before transit vary and can take up to 6 weeks or so. In such cases, lead time estimates (as provided by our manufacturers) are indicated on the relevant product pages.

Shipping Methods

      Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

      Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved.

      You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, complete with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.

Can I change my address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect.
