What if my product arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, please indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, kindly send photos to support@gardensgenie.com. We will promptly process a replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
