The exterior is crafted from full-length Thermo-Spruce staves, which are thermally treated to increase strength, dimensional stability, and natural resistance to decay and pests. This wood far outlasts traditional options. Additionally, a full shingle kit with drip rails ensures excellent water management, keeping the interior dry. The 8mm thick, bronze-tinted front door is both stylish and tempered for safety.

About This Delivery: The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Your order will typically be processed within 1 to 2 days. Kindly be aware that orders must be placed by 6 p.m. EST to be included in the current day's processing. Any orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day. Delivery of your order is estimated to take between 4 to 7 days on average. However, some of our products are made to order, in which case delivery estimates vary beyond this and can take up to 6 weeks or so. In such cases, lead time estimates are indicated on the relevant product pages. Orders totaling over $200 qualify for free shipping in most cases, with some supplier exceptions applying. In such exception cases, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. Also, please note that shipping is currently available only within the United States, and international shipping services are not offered. The majority of our orders are shipped using one of our third-party freight carriers, typically employing an 18-wheeler truck.
